This program helps participants speak with competence and confidence in a variety of professional settings, including briefings, meetings, and public events. Participants identify the elements of the communication process, explore ways of tailoring their message to an audience and building rapport, and learn how to organize their ideas and use their individual styles effectively.

Business Writing Bootcamp
This 2-day course will put you on the path to writing business documents that are clear, concise, compelling, and free of common writing errors. It includes an in-depth review of punctuation and grammar rules; a discussion on the convention and rules of good business writing; guidelines to write effective emails, memos, and business letters; and tips for ensuring consistency within documents and editing your work.

Write Better, Right Now: Grammar Refresher for Professionals
This class covers all the fine points of grammar and punctuation that you likely learned in school but forgot. The review includes punctuation rules, adverbs and adjectives, restrictive and nonrestrictive clauses, pronoun-antecedent agreement, subject-verb agreement, and other pesky but important parts of grammar you need to know to write more effectively.
